Taking advantage of the presence of hundreds of emergency responders, ENSOSP and CS GROUP presented the RESCUER project during the National Congress of French Firefighters which was held in Toulouse, France, from 4 to 8 October 2023.
ENSOSP had the opportunity to present the project objectives and preliminary outcomes to a diverse audience made of officials’ representative, firefighters and researchers on the official stand of the French Ministry of Interior, stressing the importance of this project in prototyping the future of support technologies for first responders.
At the same time, CS GROUP took this opportunity to demonstrate the Augmented Reality Interfaces for HoloLens to CNSP visitors, highlighting the potential of Research and Innovation activities in the field and their relevance to increase the situational awareness of First responders.
Some RESCUER patches as well as User manual and Comics were distributed to promote the project. and its outcomes.
